At the present time approximately $35 million is unfunded Progress to Date Cont'd ~ Grant funding has been identified to purchase and complete the installation of 22 of the 31 sites ~ Sufficient 800 MHz spectrum had been obtained to operate the system. Additional 700 MHZ spectrum will become available in 2009 ~ Regional Partnership developed with the Silicon Valley Regional Communications System (SVRCS) and the West Bay Regional Communications System (WBRCS) ran u n s a c a Ica e o e ~ Year Source Oakland ALCO COCO Total ~ 2004 UASI 5,420,000 5,420,000 ~ 2004 SHSGP 5,519,819 150,000 5,669,819 ~ 2005 UASI 1, 473,114 737, 732 2, 210, 846 ~ 2005 SHSGP 0 0 ~ 2006 S UAS I 2, 000, 000 1, 000, 000 3, 000, 000 ~ 2006 SHSGP 1, 800, 000 923, 973 2, 723, 973 ~ 2007 S UAS I 2, 600, 000 ~ 2007 SHSGP 1,200,000 831,000 2,031,000 ~ 2008 COPS 1, 000, 000 1, 000, 000 2, 000, 000 ~ 2008 *COPS Match 400,000 ~ 2008 PSIC 4,966,666 ~ 2008 *PSIC Match 1,241,666 ~ 2008 Earmark 808,000 ~ Total $33,011,970 * Requires local match Infrastructure Cost/Funding Comparison (not including subscriber units) ~ Motorola Proposal ~ less M icrowave ~ Tax ~ Total Infrastructure less Microwave v Contingency @ 10% a Infrastructure including contingency v Microwave including installation o Total Project s Less grant funding ~ Amount Unfunded $60,151, 063.00 7, 215, 789.00 $52, 935, 274.00 2, 634, 716.00 $55, 569, 990.00 5, 556, 999.00 $61,126, 989.00 6, 700, 000.00 $67, 826, 989.00 $33, 071, 970.00 $34,755,019.00 Questions?
