• PROPOSED ADDITION AND ALTERATION TO EXISTING HOUSE
- Raise the height of the residential structure by 2-feet and construct an
addition at the rear of the house.
- Increase the ceiling height of the basement/garage.
- Widen the garage door 8' to 16'.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
Planning Board Condition of Approval
• The plans submitted for building permit approval shall clearly show that the finished structure shall
not exceed 30-feet in height including any architectural elements but excluding the chimney, to the
satisfaction of the Planning and Building Director.
Staff's Recommended Conditions of Approval
• The project shall be revised with a gable roof over the rear addition that utilizes lowered plate
heights and eave lines, cross-gables, and dormers so that the new roof would match the scale
and pitch of the original roof.
• The structure shall be raised no more than one foot in height.
