century Ranch Design adequately.

Zoning Code standards.
Problems need to be addressed through the Design

Don’t change the zoning code standards
Amend the Citywide Design Manual to include the
draft Design Guidelines for Ranch Style homes.
Apply citywide, not just to 55 properties.
