RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
(Automobile Oil and Service Station,
Bay Farm Island).
Be it ordained by the council of
the city of Alameda as follows:
Section 1. The property described
as follows:
All that lot of land situated in
the city of Alame(ba, County of
Alameda, State of California,
arid described as follows, to-
wit: To find the point of be-
ginning, commence at Tide
Land Survey Stake No. 9, as
listed on Table II, meanders of
Salt Marshes, as per "Map No.
2 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands
situated in the County of Alameda,
State of California, 1871,"
prepared by order of the Board
of Tide Land Commissioners,
and on file, in tbt office of said
Commissioners in San Fran-
cisco, certified copies thereof
having been _filed with the Sur-
veyor Cvneral of the State and
with the County Reeorder of
the City and County of San
Francisco; running thence along
the line. connecting Tide Land
Survey Stake No. 9 with Tide
Land Survey Stake No. 10, as
shown on said Map, North 59
degrees 00' 20" West 138.47 feet
to a point; thence leaving last
said connecting line North 33
degrees 19' 30" West 746.93 feet
to a point, with the last deter-
mined point as the point of be-
ginning of the property herein
described, continuing thence
north 33 degrees 19' 30" West
107.60 feet; thence East 1.31.65
feet; thence South 33 degrees
19' 30" Last 35.27 feet; thence
at right angles South 56 de-
grees 40 30" West 110.00 feet
to the point of beginning,
is hereby changed and reclassified
from a Residence District Class I,
to a Business District, Class V, in
order that a Gasoline and Oil Sup-
ply Station may be constructed and
maintained thereon.
