Reclassifying property
property known as 1804 santa clara avenue
Be it ordained by the Council of
the City of ,Alameda, as follows
Section 1. The property in the
City of Alameda, County of Ala -
meda, state of California, described
as follows
COMMENCING at a point on
the Southern line of Santa Clara
Avenue, distant thereon F orty -
four feet Easterly f rom the point
of intersection thereof with the
Eastern line of Union. Street, as
said Avenue and Street are
shown on the Map hereinafter
referred to; and running thence
Easterly along said line of Santa
Clara Avenue Forty -four feet;
thence Southerly and parallel
with said line of Union. Street,
One Hundred Fifty -seven feet,
Si inches; thence Westerly and
parallel with said line of Santa.
Clara Avenue, Forty -four feet;
and thence N and paral-
lel with said line of Union Street,
One Hundred Fifty -seven feet,
Six inches to the point of com-
mencement.
BEING a, portion of Lot Num-
bered 14 as said Lot is laid down
axed delineated upon that certain
Map entitled, "Plat of the Stew-
art Tract, Alameda, � � filed Sep-
tember lath, 1889, in the office of
the County Recorder of said
Alameda County,
is hereby changed and reclassified
from R esidential District, Class I,
to Residential District, Class I %.

that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and
passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda, in regular meeting as--
