NANCE NO. 1057 NEW SERIES.' EN-
TITLED "AN ORDINANCE AU-
THORIZING THE EXECUTION: OF
A LEASE OF, CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY TO. ALAMEDA BOYS'
CLUB, INC., AND APPROVING THE
FORM AND TERMS OF SAID
LEASE.
BE. IT'ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
That the above 'entitled :Ordinance
No 1057 New Series is hereby amend -
ed to read as follows:
WHEREAS, the Alameda Boys' Club,
Inc.: a nDn- profit corporation, herein-
after referred to as Lessee, has applied
to the .City of Alameda for a lease of
certain real property situate in the
City of Alameda and more particularly
described in the form of lease here-
inafter; referred to, for the purpose of
conducting. its activities, for a term
beginning September 1;' 1952, and end -
ing August .31, 1957, at an annual ren-
tal of One ($1,00) Dollar, payable an
nually on September' 1st; and .
WHEREAS, a farm of lease contain -
ing . the covenants and . agreements
stipulated : and agreed upon between
the City of Alameda and.. Lessee has
been ;prepared and submitted to this
Council at its regular meeting held
July 15, 1952, .marked, "Filed July 15,
1952," and ordered filed with the City
Clerk of said City;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COUNCIL. OF ALA -
MEDA:
Section 1. That the form of lease
referred to in the::preamble hereof and
the terms, covenants, agreements' and
provisions thereof be; and the ; same
are hereby, approved.

Section 2.. That : the real property
described in said ,form of lease be,
and the same is hereby, leased to Ala-
meda Boys' Club, Inc., a < non- profit
corporation, upon the terms covenants,
agreements and provisions contained
in the form of lease submitted to this
Council. and filed and approved as
aforesaid.
Section 3. The Mayor of the City of
Alameda is hereby authorized and 'di-
rected to execute an dthe 'City ; Clerk
to attest, as the . act : and deed of the
City .of Alameda, a lease substantially
in the form and containing the terms,
covenants, 'agreements and provisions
set forth in the aforesaid form of
Lease. .
.Section 4. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
