AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AMENDING SUBDIVISION (3) OF
SECTION I7 -342 AND BY ADDING
SUBDIVISION (27) TO SAID SEC-
TION 17 -342, RELATING TO TWO -
HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That subdivision (3) of
Section 17 -342 of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(3) Chestnut Street, on both sides
thereof, between the northerly line
of Encinal Avenue and a point 123
feet northerly therefrom, and be-
tween the southerly line of Encinal
Avenue and a point 65 feet south-
erly therefrom.
Section 2. That Section 17 -342 of the
Alameda Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby amended, by adding
thereto subdivision (27), which shall
read as follows;
(27) Ninth Street, on both sides
thereof, between the northerly line
of Santa Clara and a point 83 feet
northerly therefrom, and between
the southerly line of Santa Clara.
Avenue and a point 106 feet south-
erly therefrom.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
