AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AIDING THERETO A NEW SEC -
TION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION
5 -127, RELATING TO THE PUBLIC
USE OF STREETS WITHIN CER-
TAIN AREAS OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA OWNED AND OCCU-
PIED BY THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA.
B , ] IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the Alameda
Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto a
new section to be numbered Section
5 -127, which shall read as follows:
Sec. 5 -127. Declaring Streets in
United States Naval Air Station
Public Quarters Annex to be
Streets Open to Public Use. All
streets and alleys within the area
described in Section 1 -214 of this
code are hereby declared to be un-
dedicated and unaccepted streets
of the City of Alameda open to
p iblic use
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
