AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
74 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.

CIL OF THE CITY OF ADAMEDA as
follows:
Section 1. Section 74 is hereby added
to Ordinance No. 725, New Series, to
read as follows.
See. 74. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
fellows :
BEING situated on the easterly
line of Seminary Avenue, begin-
ning at a point 180 feet northerly
of Beach Road; running thence at
right angles southeasterly 200 feet;
thence at right angles northeaster-
ly 36-52 feet; thence due north
60.94 feet; thence northwesterly
149.08 feet; thence at right angles
southwesterly 70 feet to the point
of beginning — known as 1416
Seminary Avenue;
is he, - - eby taken out of the the "A"
One-Family Dwelling District and re-
classified to and placed in the "A-l"
On:�-Family Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
th date of its final passage.
