AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AMENDING SECTION 18-615 THERE-
OF, RELATING TO LOITERING ON
THE STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
OF THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 18-615 of the
Alameda Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby amended, to read as
follows:
Sec. 18-615. Roaming or Loiter-
ing on Streets or Sidewalks. No
person or persons shall roam or
loiter about the streets of the City
of Alameda between the hours of
12 o'clock midnight and 4 o'clock
a.m. without having lawful busi-
ness upon said streets at that time;
nor shall any person or persons,
at any time, loiter, stand, sit or
lie upon any street, sidewalk or
crosswalk in the City of Alameda,
in such manner as to interfere with
the free and unmolested passage of
persons or vehicles passing over,
along or across same.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.

and Vice-President Anderson, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT- Councilman Jones and
President Sweeney, (2).
