AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SECTION
76 TO ORDINANCE NO. 725, NEW
SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
Section 1. Section 76 is hereby added
to Ordinance No. 725, New Series, to
read as follows:
Se c. e '. 76. The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
lows:
BEING PARCEL 2 of that lot
known as 704 Central Avenue—Be-
ginning at a point on the southern
line of Central Avenue, distant
thereon south 88' 25' east 80 feet
from its intersection with the direct
southerly production of the westerly
line of Webster Street 80 feet wide;
thence south 88' 25' west 134 feet to
the actual point of commencement;
thence sent 88' 25' east 164 feet, 2
inches; thence south V 35 west 10
feet; thence north 88' 25 west 164
feet, 2 inches; thence north 1* 35
east 10 feet to the actual point of
commencement;
is hereby taken out of the "A" One-
Family Dwelling District and reclassi-
fied to and placed in the "D" Com-
mercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
