An ordinance reclassifying property by adding section 81 to ordinance 725
SECTION 1. Section 81 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows: "
Sec. 81 The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING at the intersection
of the center line of Morton Street
with the northern line of Pacific
Avenue, as shown on map of "Por-
tion of Fitch Tract Survey No. 3207,
W. F. Boardman; Surveyor,' filed
January 14;.1887, in the office of
the County Recorder of Alameda
County, and running thence east-
erly along said line of Pacific Ave-
nue 330 feet to - the west -line of
Benton Street; ,thence northerly
along the west line of Benton Street
(if extended northerly), 300 feet,
more or less, to the southern line
of Buena Vista Avenue, as de-
scribed in a deed to the City of
Alameda_ recorded April 27; 1896,
in Volume 595 of Deeds; Page 291,
Alameda County Records; thence
westerly along said line of Buena
Vista Avenue, 660 feet, more or less,
to the eastern line of Sherman
Street; thence southerly along said
line of Sherman Street, 150 feet;
thence south 87 40' east, along' line
of fence, 328 feet; thence southerly
159 feet to the bplace >of beginning;
is hereby taken out of the "B" Two-
to-Four Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the ` G"
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of , thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas -
sage.
