AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 85 TO ORDINANCE NO.
725, NEW SERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 85 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New
Series, to read as follows:
Sec. 85 The real property in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point of in-
tersection of the easterly line of
Benton Street with the southerly
line of Buena Vista Avenue,
thence easterly to an intersection
with the westerly line of Arbor
Street, thence southerly 214 feet,
more or less, to an intersection
with the northerly line of prop-
erties fronting on Pacific Avenue,
thence westerly along said line
to an intersection with the
easterly line of Benton Street
thence northerly 157.07 feet to the
point of beginning;
is hereby taken out of the "B" Two -
to -Four Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the "D"
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
