Ordinance 1336Alameda City Or Ordinance No. 1336, New Series AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP - ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALA- MEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: SECTION 1 . Section 11 -116 of Or- dinance No. 1.277, N.S. is hereby amended by reclassifying and rezon- ing from C -3, General Commercial, District to the R -2, Two - Family Resi- dence, District all the real property situate within the City of Alameda as described below: Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block A. Fitch Tract, Assessor's Block Book 240 -41 and 240 -42, known as 1715 and 1717 Jay Street. SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 11 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) dmances New Series Ordinance No. 1336 days from the date of its final passage. WILLIAM M.
