AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZON-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S.
(South of San Antonio Avenue,
west of Weber Street - excluding two
lots fronting on Portola Avenue -
From R -2 to R -4 District.)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section I1 -116 of Ordi-
nance No. 1277, N. S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from R -2, Two - Family Resi-
dence, District to the R -4, Neighbor-
hood Apartment. District all the real
property situate within the City of
Alameda described as follows:
City of Alameda Assessor's
Block Book No. 275, Lot Nos.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9 -1, 12,
13-, 14-, 14 -1, 15, 16, 17, and 18.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning
Amendment No. 15 to Ordinance No.
1277, N. S.
