Ordinance 1385ORDINANCE NO. 1385 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XI, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 3, OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 11-1316(a) AND I1- 1318(a) THEREOF, RELATING TO MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERMIS- SIBLE DWELLING UNITS IN R-4 AND R-5 DISTRICTS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: Section I. Section 11-1316(a) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec 11-1316(a). Lot Area: 5,000 square feet for one-family and duplex residences; 5,600 square feet for three-fam- ily apartments; 6,200 square feet for four-fam- ily apartments; 1,550 square feet for each dwell- ing unit in excess of four. Section 2. Section 11-1318(a) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: See. 11-1318(a). Uses permitted in the R-1, R-2 and R-4 Districts; group dwellings, multiple dwell- ings and apartments. Section 3 mThis ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after er the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage. FRANZ S.
