Ordinance 1409ORDINANCE NO. 1409 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CEIRTAIN PROP- ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALA - MEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S. (631 Tay- lor Avenue - from C -2 to R -4 District) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAME'DA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Orai- nance No. 1277, N.S, is hereby amend- ed by reclassifying and rezoning from C -2, Central Business District to R -4, Neighborhood Apartment District all the real property situate within the City of Alameda described as follows: Lot No. 8, Block No. 310 as shown in the City of Alameda Assessor's Block Book No. 6 and also known as 631 Taylor Avenue. SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amend- ment No. 23 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. � Ordinance Na. 1409 1 New Series SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the exon ation of thirty (30) days from fhe date of its final passage. FRANZ S.
