BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF
ALAMEDA: as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11.116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N3. is here-
by. amended .by reclassifying and
rezoning from C-M -PD, Commer-
cial.— Manufacturing — Planned De-
velopment District to R -1 -PD, One
Family — Planned .Development
District, the properties as shown
on a Map labeled "Exhibit A,
Zone Change , Application No.
1966 -3, Rezoning of Properties
Owned by Bernice C. George and
Frances M. Miranda on Bay Farm
Island" on file with the City
Clergy, and as described in Ex-
hibit "B" attached hereto.
S'EC'TION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 41 to
