AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE A L A M E D A MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING SUBDIVI-
ST (37) AND (38) TO SECTION 17442 THEREOF, RELATING TO ELECTRICALLY OPERATED TRAFFIC' CONTROL
SIGNALS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL., OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -442 of
the Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding there-
to subdivisions (37) and (38),
which shall read as follows:
('7) Intersection of Park Street
and San Jose Avenue.
(38) Intersection. of Tilden Way
and Broadway.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30.) days from the date of its
final passage.
