Ordinance 1564Alameda City Ordinances Ordinance No. 1564 New Series CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE No. 1564 New Series AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE BY QUITCLAIM OF PUBLIC SERVICE (SEWER) EASEMENTS TO RUS- SELLO & ROSENBERG, A CO- PARTNERSHIP (C ORAL REEF MOTEL) BE IT ORDAINED I3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA- MED : Section 1. That the City convey by clnitclaim deed to Russo to & Rose h berg, a copartnership, the fol- lowing public service (sewer) ease- ments located in the City of Ala- meda, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly de- scrihed as: PARCEL 1. A portion of the sewer ease- ment described in the Grant of Easement from Four Winds Development Company to the City of Alameda, recorded June 3, 1963, at Reel 900, Image 164, Official R ecords of Alameda County, said portion being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of the aforesaid easement, said corner having coordinates of y=461,647.34 feet and x 1,494,969.12 feet, based on the California Coordinate System, Zone III, as are all bearings and distances in this description: THENCE along the most south- easterly line of said easement, South 41° 59' 19" West 25.57 feet; THENCE North 55° 33' 02" West 10.09 feet to a northwesterly line of said easement; THENCE along said northwest- erly line North 41° 59 19" East 26.375 feet; THENCE South 50° 59' 15" East 10.013 feet to the BEGINNING. PARCEL 2. A portion of the 10 feet wide sewer easement in Lot 1, Block 1, Tract 1989, South Shore Unit No. 3, as said easement is shown on the map filed De- cember 31, 1958, at page 41, Book 39 of Maps, Official Rec- ords of Alameda County, said portion being more particu- larly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of in- tersection of southwesterly line of the aforesaid easement with the westerly line of Lot 2, Tract 2334, as said lot and tract are shown on the map filed January 18, 1962, at page 99, Book 41 of Maps, Official Records of Alameda County, said point of intersection hav- ing coordinates of y=461,647.34 feet and x=1,494,989.12 feet, based on the California Coor- dinate System, Zone III, as are all bearings and distances in this description; THENCE along the southwesterly line of said easement, North 50° 59' 15" West 10.013 feet; THENCE North 41° 59' 19" East 10.013 feet to the northeasterly line of said easement; THENCE along said northeast- erly line, south 50° 59' 15" East 195.23 feet; THENCE continuing along said northeasterly line, South 65° 08' 20" East 1.626 feet to the easterly line of the aforesaid Lot 2, Tract 2334; THENCE along said easterly line, South 260 11' 02" West 1.46 feet; THENCE North 61° 20' 07" West 49.96 feet to the southwesterly line of the aforesaid easement; THENCE along said southwest- erly line, North 50° 59' 15" West 138.54 feet to the BEGINNING. Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest to, respec- tively, for the City, a quitclaim deed transferring to said Russello & Rosenberg all the interest of the City in said easements. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final pas- sage. WILLIAM M.
