AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFY-
ING AND REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277.

From C -1, Neighborhood Busi-
ness to R -4. Neighborhood Apart-
ment — Doric Properties, Inc.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from C -1, Neighborhood
Business District, to R -4,; Neigh-
barhood Apartment District, all
the real property situate within
the City of Alameda as described
below:
NW 105 ft. of a 4 ft. strip
of ld. alg. NE side Lot 2, All
Lot 1, Bik. F, Waterside Terr.
except SE 15 ft. commonly
known as 2020 and 2022 High
Street.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 49 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION, 3. This ordinance
shall he in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
