BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
21-2, Two- Family District to R-
5, General Apartment District;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from R -2, Two - Family
District to R -5, General Apart-
ment District, all the real property
situate within the City of Ala-
meda as described below:
City of Alameda Assessor's
Book No. 6, Block No. 318,
Parcel No. 10, commonly
known as 533 and 535 Central
Avenue.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification - and
Rezoning Amendment No. 56 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date
of its final passage.
