Ordinance 1639Al eda City Ordin ces OF ALAMEDA e N©. 1639 New Series AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS, OF' THE ALAMEDA MUNI- CIPAL CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAM EDA: Section 1. That Section 17 -232 (U Turns Prohibited) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding subsection (13) thereto which shall read as follows: (13) Atlantic Avenue and the most westerly entrance to the College of Alame- da. Section 2. That Section 17 -333 (All Time and Limited No Parking) of the Alameda Muni- cipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto the following new subsections which shall read as follows: (59) Atlantic Avenue, on the northerly side thereof, between a point 136 feet westerly of the westerly line of Webster Street and the easterly line of Poggi Street extended, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted. (60) Atlantic Avenue, on the southerly side thereof, between the westerly line of Webster Street and the easterly line of Poggi Street, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. Sundays and holidays ex- cepted. Section 3. That Section 17 -333 (All Time and Limited No Parking) of the Alameda Muni- cipal Code is hereby amended by repealing subsection (51). Section 4. That Section 17 -342 (Two -Hour Parking Limit) of the Alameda Municipal Code is e. 16$ New Series hereby amended by adding subsection (45) thereto which shall read as follows: (45) Encinal Avenue, on the northerly side thereof, beginning at a point 16 feet westerly from the west line of High Street and running thence westerly 61 feet. Section 5. That Section 17 -432 (Stop Intersections) of the Ala- meda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding subsection (187) thereto which shall read as follows: (187) Hibbard Street and Pacific Avenue, signs shall be erected on Hibbard Street at or near the south- easterly and northwesterly corners of its intersection with Pacific Avenue. Section 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passaggee TERRY LA CROIX, JR.
