AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICL
PAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 4-215
THERETO RELATING TO HOURS OF
PUBLIC USE OF PARKS

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that:
Section 1, Section 4-215 is
hereby added to Article I,
Chapter 2 of Tide IV of the
Alameda Municipal Code to
read:
Sec. 4-215, liours of Public
Use of Parks. It shall be un-
lawful for any person to be
present in any park exeript
during such hours as the
park is open to the public.
The Recreation Commission
shall by resolution establish
the times during which each
park is open to the public
and shall cause signs therein
to be placed conspicuously
giving notice of such times
and of thc hour when said
park is closed.
T he Recreation Commis-
sion may except from the
foregoing, regularly scheduled
activities 01 the Recreation
and Parks Department or
groups specifically author-
'zed by said Department to
use a park beyond its closing
time.
Sectiosi 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
