Ordinance 1662Ordinance No. 1662 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFY- ING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277.NS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANIEDA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11416 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby amended by reclassify- ing and rezoning all the real Property situate within the City of Alameda as described °etc:1w: 1. From C-M Commercial- Manufacturing District to R- 4, Neighborhood Apartment District, that northerly por- tion of Lot 19, Assessor's Block 132, Book 2, commonly known as 2515-2515-A Eagle Ave. 2. From R-1, One-Family District to R-4, Neighborhood Apartment District, that northerly portion of Lot 16, Assessor's -Block 115, Book 2, commonly known as 1518 Pearl St, 3, From R-4, Neighborhood Apartment District to R-1, One-Family District, that westerly portion of Lot 4-1, Assessor's Block 114, Book 2, commonly known as 2714 Santa Clara Ave. 4. From R-4, Neighborhood Apartment District to R-1, One-Family District, that northerly portion of Franklin School. 5. From R-1. Neighborhood Apartment District to R-1, One-Family District, that easterly -portion of St. Philip Neri School. 6.
