AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CER-
TAIN PORTIONS OF THE ALA-
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO TRAFFIC REGU-
LATIONS
IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
section 1. That Section 17-
432 (Stop Intersections) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding
subsection (204) thereto which
shall read as follows: -
(204) Tinker Avenue and
Posey Loop, a sign shall be
erected on Tinker Avenue at
or near the southweSterly
corner of its intersection with
roseyLoop. '
Section 2. That Section 17-
461 (Yield Right-of-Way Inter-
sections) of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby
amended by repealing subsec-
tion (25).
Section 3. That Section 17-
333 (All Time and Limited
No Parking) of the Ala,rrieda
Municipal Code is hereby
amended by amending subsec-
tion (46) thereof to read as
follows: _
-(46) Shore Line Drive, on
the northerly side thereof, be-
tween the westerly line of
Park Street and a point 1,490
feet westerly thereof, no
stopping, parking, or stnndiag.
between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on Satur-
days, Sundays, and Holidays.
Section 4. l'Ins ordinance
AZ hall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after the exoira-
tion of thirty (30) days trom
the date of its final passage.
