BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

quitclaim deed, unto the Hous-
ing Authority of the City of
Alameda, a public, body, corpo-
rate and politic, all that certain

property.
Section 2. That the Mayor of
the City of Alameda be and
he hereby is authorized to ex-
ecute, and the City Clerk di-
rected to attest to, a, quitclaim
deed conveying the herein-
above described property to
said Housing Authority of the
City of Alameda.
Section 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days .from the
date of its final passage.
