From R -1, One Family District and R -4, Neighborhood Apartment District to R -6 -PD, Hotel Apartment District, Planned Development - City of Alameda Planning Board at the request of the Alameda Housing Authority BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: Section 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. .1277, N.S. is hereby amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -1, One Family District and R -4, Neigh - borood'Apartment District to R -6 -PD, Hotel Apartment District, Planned Development, all the real property si- tuate within the City of Alameda as described below: City of Alameda Assessor's Block Book No. 2 (this property originally described as Lots C & D, Block 27, Lots C & D, Block 28, Lots C & D, Block 29 of the Alameda Park Homestead), more particularly described as 920 Park Street. SECTION 2. The above amend- ment shal I be known as and referred to as Reclassification.and Rezoning Amendment No. 75 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. SECTION 3.
