PROPERTY WITHIN THE C TY A OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
From R -1, One Family District and R -4,
Neighborhood Apartment District to
R -6 -PD, Hotel Apartment District,
Planned Development - City of
Alameda Planning Board at the request
of the Alameda Housing Authority
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
Section 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance
No. .1277, N.S. is hereby amended by
reclassifying and rezoning from R -1,
One Family District and R -4, Neigh -
borood'Apartment District to R -6 -PD,
Hotel Apartment District, Planned
Development, all the real property si-
tuate within the City of Alameda as
described below:
City of Alameda Assessor's Block Book
No. 2 (this property originally
described as Lots C & D, Block 27,
Lots C & D, Block 28, Lots C & D,
Block 29 of the Alameda Park
Homestead), more particularly
described as 920 Park Street.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shal I be known as and referred to
as Reclassification.and Rezoning
Amendment No. 75 to Ordinance No.
1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
