AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
AND REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
From M -2 -G (General Industrial,
Government) to M -2 -PD, (General In-
dustrial; Planned Development) John
Beery for Mariner Square l
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from M -2 -G, General Industrial,
Government, District to M -2 -PD,
General Industrial, Planned Develop-
ment District, all the real property si-
tuate within the City of Alameda as
described below:
i Parcel located northerly of Tinker
and Tynan Avenues and lying
-- Between the two portal buildings of
the Posey Loop; more particularly
descrijbed in Block 392, Assessor's
B No. 8. For legal description
- refer to Director's Deed 73 -49787
RE 3390 IM 725.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No. 76 to Ordinance No. .1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
