AMENDING THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SECTION 4-216 THERETO, RELATING TO HOURS OF PUBLIC USE OF
MILLER ' SWEENEY BRIDGE
FISHING PLATFORM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COICNCIL OFTHE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 4-216 is hereby ad-
ded to Article 1, Chapter 2 of Title IV of
the Alameda Municipal Code to read:
Sec. 4-216. Hours of Public Use
of the Fishing Platform East of
the Miller-Sweeney Bridge. It
shall be unlawful for any person
to be present on the pier, deck or
Platform and entry way thereto
east ofthe Miller-Sweeney Bridge
between the hours of 9:00 p.m.
and 7:00 a.m.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and offer the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final Passage,
