ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE No. 1277, N.S.
From R-5, General Apartment Dis-
trict, to R-5-G, General Apartment,
Special Government Combining Dis-
trict ®- Applicant — Alameda Housing
Authority.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from R-5, General Apartment District
to R-5-G, General Apartment, Special
Government Combining District, all
the real property as described below:
That certain property in the City
of Alameda commonly known as
736 Eagle Avenue, which is a part
of Makassar Strait Village locat-
ed between Buena Vista Avenue
and Eagle Avenue and westerly of
the Southern Pacific Railroad
right-of-way, except for that wes-
terly 65'x295' area,
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known (is and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
mentNo. 83toOrdinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage,
