Amending section 17-342 of the alameda municipal code relating to limited parking
(47) Lincoln Avenue, on the
southerly side thereof, between the
easterly line of Willow Street and a
point 145 easterly therefr
Section 2. Section 17 -342 of R the

Alaeda Municipal Code Is hereby
amended by repealing subsection (12)
thereof.
Section 3. This ordinance Is one of
great necessity and urgency within
the meaning of Section 3 -12 of the
City Charter, is introduced and
Passed at the same Council meeting
and -shall become effective on
December 17, 1975.
Section 4. The facts constituting the
necessity and urgency hereof are:
1. That traffic regulations are
essential for the orderly flow and
control of traffic within the City.
2. That such regulations should
necessarily be immediately effective
on passage to insure that maximum
preservation of public welfare is

4. That, in light of such potential
health and safety Problems involved,
the normal delay between enactment
of this ordinance and its effective
date would be iniurious.
5, This Council hereby finds,
determines and declares that it is in
the best interest and neceosity that
this ordinance be Introduced and
Passed at the regular meeting of the
City Council held December 16, 1975,
and that this ordinance become and
be in full force and effect December
17, 1975.
