WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE

and R-2-PD, Two Family Residential, Planned Development
District, to C-2-PD, Central Business, Planned Development
District, and from R-1-PD, Single Family Residential, Planned
Development District, R-2-PD, Two Family Residential Planned
Development District and C-2-PD, Central Business, Planned
Development District to 0, Open Space District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAM[D8 as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordinance No, 1277, N'S., is
hereby amended by reclassifying and rezoning from the R-1, R-}-PD and
R_2-PD to C-2-PO and from R-1-PD, R-2-PO and C-2-PD to 0, all the
real property situate within the City of Alameda as described below:
A portion of Lot 23, Block 377, Lot 120, Block I79 and Lot 20,
Block 377, and more particularly known as the property near the
northwest corner of Island Drive and Maoarfney Road,
SECTION 2. The laboma amendment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 93 1) Ordinance No,
1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall he in full force and affect
frr'm and af1k,r the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its
