Ordinance 1851ORDINANCE 1851
Amending the alameda municipal code by amending sections 17-342 and 17-344.1 thereof relating to parking limits
introduced and passed at the same Council meeting and shall become
effective on
Section 4 . The facts constituting the necessity and
urgency hereof are:
1. That traffic regulations are essential for the orderly
flow and control of traffic within the City.
2. That such regulations should necessarily be immediately
effective on passage to insure that maximum preservation of public
welfare is obtained.
3. That a potential health and safety problem will exist
if such amendments are not immediately effective.
4. That, in light of such potential health and safety
problems involved, the normal delay between enactment of this
ordinance and its effective date would be injurious.
5. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares
E that it is in the best interest and necessity that this ordinance

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
was duly and regularly introduced, adopted and passed by the Council of
the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of February,

ABSENT: None.
