From the R -1 -PD, Single Family, Planned Development District
to R -1, Single Family District,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., Is hereby
amended by reclaSSifying and rezoning from R- 1 --PD, Single Family, Planned
Development District to R - •1, Single Family District, all the reel property
situate within the City of Alameda as described below:
Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 818 and a portion of Lot 2, Block 11,
Tract 1898, and more particularly known as 512 Westline Drive.
y„ SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 101 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full farce and effect from
� and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of Its final passage.

NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Beckam and Tillman, (2).
