AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION (f) OF SECTION 11 --14B9 THEREOF, RELATING
TO REGULATION OF OFF- PREMISE OUTDOOR. ADVERTISING
SIGNS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA4EDA that:
Section 1 . Subsection (f) of Section 11 -14B9 of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
Sec. 11-14B9
(f) Be located so that a motorist would view the
sign as adjacent to or behind a traffic signal or sign
from a distance of one hundred (100) feet or less from
the nearest curbline of the cross street at the inter-
section controlled by the traffic signal;

ti Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and

the date of its final passage.
