Ordinance 1902CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1902 New Series AMENDING TIM ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 11 -314.5 THCREOF RELATING TO DIVISION OF CONTIGUOUS LOTS BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that: Section 1 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by amending subsection (b) of Section 11 -314.5 thereof, to read as follows: Sec, 11- 314.5 Contiguous Lots (b) A division of lots shall be exempt from the provisions of this Chapter where each lot created by the division was either recorded as a plat or subdivision map or created prior to the time such maps were required and each lot: (1) Conforms to the standards for minimum lot size required to permit use or development under zoning, subdivision or other ordinances; or (2) Is occupied by a dwelling or business structure for which either a building permit was issued or none was required at the time of construc- tion; and (3) Abuts adequate street and sidewalk improvements. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and -1- effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage, Presit nng Officer of the Council Attest: x� _Z.
