AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 13 -195 THEREOF RELATING TO LICENSE FEES
Section 1, Section 13 -195 of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
See. 13 -195 Advertising, Billboards Every person
conducting or carrying on the business of outdoor adver-
tising in the City by means of bill posting, bulletin,
sign painting, pasting, sticking, tacking, hanging,
affixing or painting bills or signs to or upon posts,
fences, walls, billboards, buildings or other structures
shall pay an annual license tee based upon the following
schedules:
(a) Non illuminated poster panels $500 for each panel;
(b) Illuminated poster panels $1,000 for each panel;
G ;7$ (c) Bulletin boards $5,000 for each panel; and
0 •�i (d) All others 50% of gross revenues.
Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
