AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, N.S.

From the C-1, Neighborhood Business District, to R-2,
Two Family Residential District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from C-1, Neighborhood Business District,
to R-2, Two-Family District, all the real property situate within the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, as described below:
Southeast Corner of Ninth Street and Central Avenue; South 73 feet
by East 73 feet, and mare particularly known as 900 Central Avenue.
SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning AmendmenL No. 107 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
