AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SECTION 1.2 -514 TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 5, OF TITLE
XII THEREOF, REQUIRING A FIXED PLACE OF BUSINESS
FOR SALE OF CERTAIN FOOD PRODUCTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding Section 12 -514 to Article 1, Chapter 5, of Title XII
thereof, to read:
Sec. 12 -514 Fixed Place of Business Required
It shall be unlawful to peddle by hand or from a vehicle,
or sell from other than a fixed place of business, any
meat, meat food products, seafood or dressed poultry.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of March, 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
