An ordinance reclassifying and rezoning certain property within the city of alameda by amending zoning ordinance 1277

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
Section 1 . Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.,
is hereby amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -5 -PD,
General Apartment District with a Planned Development Overlay,
R -1 -PD Single - Family Residential, R -3 -PD, Restricted Apartment
District with a Planned Development Overlay, R -4 -PD, Neighborhood
Apartment District with a Planned Development Overlay, C -2,
Central Business District and R -6 Hotel Apartment District,
to "0" Open Space District at the shoreline, all the real
property situate within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California as described as follows:
The shoreline land and water area from Westline Drive
east to Broadway, out to the Pierhead- Bulkhead line.
Sect 2 . The above amendment shall be known as and
U referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No.
110 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage.
