AMENDING FIRE CODE PERMIT FEES AS ESTABLISHED BY
CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1929 N.S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Fire Code Permit Fees as established by
Ordinance No. 1929 N.S., passed June 27, 1978, and set forth in
Exhibit B of said Ordinance, are hereby amended as follows:

Section 2 . Upon the effective date of this ordinance,
Exhibit B of ordinance No. 1929 N.S. shall be of no further force
and effect.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
