APPROVING MASTER PLAN FOR ALAMEDA
MARINA VILLAGE
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates has presented
to the Council for approval a Master Plan for Alameda Marina
Village, a project incorporating residential, commercial, rec-
reational, office and open space uses located on 156 acres of
land along the Oakland - Alameda Estuary; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board duly heard and considered and
on October 8, 1979, voted to recommend to the City Council
approval of the Master Plan for Alameda Marina Village, subject
to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1979, after notice duly given,
the City Council considered said Plan, conducted a public hearing
thereon, and thereafter determined it should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Master Plan for Alameda Marina Village,
let forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and subject to the
editions set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, is hereby

Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of November, 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, Diament, and
President Corica, (5)
NOES: None.
