Amending the alameda municipal code by adding chapter 4 to title 14 thereof relating to adoption and enforcement of fire codes
scribed in the Penal Code of California, the enforcement
officer, hereunder, shall prepare and serve upon the
arrestee a written notice to appear in court in the form
and manner provided in Section 853.6 and following of
said Penal Code.
Sec. 14 -423 Abatement The City Attorney may file
an action to abate any nuisance arising under adopted
fire codes.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
