AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, NEW SERIES
APPLICANT: J. T. O'Rourke, 2639 Blanding Avenue, R -80 -5
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
Section 1 . Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277 N.S., is hereby amended
by reclassifying and rezoning from R -1, Single- Family Residence District, to
M -2, General Industrial (Manufacturing), all the real property situate within
the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, described as
follows:
A strip of submerged land, 40 feet wide, and 1064.73 feet long,
immediately adjacent to and northerly of (the southern line thereof
being coincident with) the northern line of the property shown on
Parcel Map No. 1264, recorded Aipust 25, 1975, in Book 88 of Parcel
Maps, page 12, in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder.
Sec 2 . The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 117 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.

Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
