TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, NEW
SERIES, NAMELY THE SILVA FMLS PROJECT, BAY FARM ISLAND
Applicant: Ponderosa Homes, R -30 -4
Silva Farms property on Oleander Avenue, southeast of Melrose Avenue
and including the end of Magnolia Avenue
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
Section 1 . Seciton 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby amended
by reclassifying and rezoning from R- 1 -A -PD, One Family Residential Agriculture
Planned Development, to R -2 -PD, 'Ave Family Planned Development, all the real
property situate within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California located on Oleander Avenue, southeast of Melrose Avenue and
including the end of Magnolia Avenue.
Section 2 . The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
o Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 118 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
