Ordinance 2132CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 2132 New Series AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR STREET PURPOSES (DOOLITTLE DRIVE AT HARBOR BAY PARKWAY) that: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA Section 1 . The City of Alameda grant to the State of California, Department of Transportation, a permanent easement and right -of -way for public street purposes, in, over, under, across and along that certain parcel or strip of land situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and which is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of Doolittle Drive, State Route 61, as shown on State Map IV, ALA, DA- NP. -81, Sheet 4 of 8, on file with the State of California, Dept. of Transportation with a line that is located 108.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the City limit line as established by City of Alameda Resolution No. 8819 and City of Oakland Resolution No. 56416; Thence along said southerly line South 88 °04 West, as shown on City of Alameda Drawing 7390, Case 53, a distance of 86.96 feet; Thence along a tangent curve to the right, radius 2080.00 feet, through a central angle of 09 °17'31 ", an arc length of 337.33 feet; Thence leaving said line, South 74 ° 26 1 46" East, 47.16 feet; Thence along a tangent curve to the left, radius 1000.00 feet, through a central angle of 17 °28'15 ", an arc length of 304.92 feet; Thence North 88 °04'59" East, 75.94 feet to said parallel line; Thence along said line North 00 °58'09" East, 33.04 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing 0.230 acres, more or less. Section 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respec- C�39 tively, on behalf of the City of Alameda, a grant of said easement to the State of California, Department of Transportation. Se ction 3 . This easement is reouired by CALTRANS for improvement of the intersection of Harbor Bay Parkway and Doolittle Drive.
