CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14634
APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 10006 (2601- 2901 Harbor Bay
Parkway)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 10006 for four parcels was
approved by the City Council per Resolution No. 14608 on July 5, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 10006 has been found to be in
compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), where an
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Harbor Bay Business Park, including
this site, was approved and no new significant environmental impacts have been
identified, nor have mitigation measures previously found to be infeasible
become feasible since the EIR was adopted; therefore, no additional review
pursuant to CEQA is required; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the Final Map and
determined that the subdivision as shown thereon is substantially the same as it
appears on the Tentative Map and is technically correct and, therefore, has
certified and transmitted Final Map No. 10006 to the City Clerk for approval by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a Declaration of Easements for ingress, egress,
parking, and utilities over common areas, maintenance, and repair of common
areas will be recorded concurrently with the recordation of the Final Parcel Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Alameda that the Final Parcel Map No. 10006 be, and hereby is approved
and permission given to the Subdivider to record same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 1st day of November, 2011, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
