APPOINTING DANIEL HOY AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC ART COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, Daniel Hoy is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Public Art Commission of the City of Alameda for the partial term
commencing June 19, 2012, and expiring on June 30, 2015, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
