REAPPOINTING ARTHUR A. KURRASCH AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Subsection 2-12.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, ARTHUR A. KURRASCH is hereby reappointed to the
office of member of the Housing Commission of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing on July 1, 2008, and expiring on June 30, 2012, and to serve until
his successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of July, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
